What's the difference between Growth and Partner?+

How do candidates get into the gritty pool?+
Candidates complete our training programs in medical device, pharma, or B2B sales fundamentals. As part of the curriculum, they build a video-first profile, complete behavioral and skills assessments, and demonstrate sales presence in structured exercises. By the time you see them in the Talent Pool, they've been vetted for communication, sales presence, and role fit.
What if I want to send Interview Journeys to my own external candidates (not from gritty's pool)?+
You can. On Growth or Partner, you can send Interview Journeys to candidates you've sourced yourself — through your ATS, LinkedIn, referrals, anywhere. The journey runs the same way, candidates complete it asynchronously, and you get scored output for review.
How long does an Interview Journey take a candidate to complete?+
Depends on what you configure. Our pre-built templates are 6-10 minutes (3 video questions, no role-play). A custom journey with multiple modalities and an AI role-play runs 15-25 minutes. We recommend keeping journeys under 25 minutes — completion rates drop sharply beyond that.
